Coaching within Arts & Cultural Organisations
Helping your teams avoid burnout, build confidence and reignite their sense of passion and purpose so they can feel motivated and fulfilled, and stay connected to meaningful work in challenging times.
Here’s the truth:
your team is hanging by a thread.
For people working in arts and cultural organisations, passion and purpose are often at the heart of their career choices.
But last year, 80% of culture workers “seriously considered” leaving the Arts due to burnout and overwork*.
The human value of the Arts has probably never been more urgent, but the humans working in it have probably never been so stretched.
Coaching provides space to reflect on how to maintain that connection to passion and purpose while navigating the practical realities of deadlines, funding pressures, organisational change and an overflowing inbox.
You work with some amazing people - you don’t want them to be in that 80%.
That’s where I come in.
I offer 1:1 support for individuals, and group coaching for teams within organisations to help people avoid burnout, develop confidence, manage periods of pressure, and reconnect with what motivates and energises them at work so they can get the most out of their role and do their best work.
Offering coaching within your organisation is a powerful way to help your teams feel supported, motivated, and fulfilled and, frankly, less likely to be in that 80% thinking of leaving.
What I Offer
I provide bespoke coaching programmes for organisations in line with your needs. Starting with an introductory meeting, a proposal including full pricing is then provided for discussion and sign-off.
Package pricing starts from £2,000.
Programmes can be built to include a mix of 1:1 coaching for individuals within your organisation and/or group coaching for your teams.

1:1 coaching for individuals in your organisation can help:
Support wellbeing and development goals
Navigate a change of role, or organisational change and uncertainty
Address individual performance concerns
Build confidence and resilience
Support someone struggling with purpose or motivation
Navigate someone’s return to paid work after a career break (e.g. parental leave)
Unpick how to better balance creative ambition, workload and competing priorities.
A programme of 1:1 coaching within an organisation will usually start with a meeting between coach, coachee and line manager to agree the organisational goals and any feedback or reporting requirements (respecting the confidentiality of the sessions) before the coaching programme commences. Programme duration is normally between 6 and 12 months.
Sector Expertise
My background brings together coaching expertise with extensive professional experience in the creative sector.
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years working in senior roles across the performing arts and charities sector – leading teams, developing creative projects and supporting individuals through periods of change, growth and transition.
I continue to work as a consultant across the creative industries, supporting organisations to navigate change, develop ideas, secure the resources they need and create meaningful work.
This experience means I understand the unique realities of creative and purpose-led environments – the passion that drives people to this work, and the challenges of trying to deliver ambitious projects, manage competing priorities, navigate uncertainty and sustain a positive team culture.
