Coaching within Organisations
Supporting your teams to navigate change, build confidence and stay connected to meaningful work.
Life and career coaching for creative, cultural and purpose-led organisations who want to support reflection, development and sustainable ways of working.
I offer one-to-one and group coaching sessions designed to help individuals and teams pause, reflect and explore what’s next – whether that’s navigating change, developing confidence, managing periods of pressure, or reconnecting with what motivates and energises them at work.
For people working in creative, cultural and event-led organisations, passion and purpose are often at the heart of their career choices.
Coaching can provide space to reflect on how to maintain that connection while navigating the practical realities of deadlines, funding pressures, organisational change and an overflowing inbox.
Centring care through coaching support within your organisation is a powerful way to help your teams feel supported, motivated, fulfilled, and future-focused.
Coaching support for individuals within your organisation
One-to-one coaching provides a confidential space for team members to think things through, explore possibilities and make intentional decisions about their future.
This can support individuals who are:
Exploring what’s next in their career or creative journey
Navigating change, uncertainty or transition
Looking for clarity, confidence and a way forward
Feeling disconnected from their work, purpose or motivation
Returning after a career break or a period of change
Understanding how their strengths, values and ambitions shape their next steps
Balancing creative ambition, workload and competing priorities
Coaching can be offered as part of professional development, wellbeing support or a wider approach to supporting people through change.
Group coaching sessions for teams
In addition to one-to-one coaching, I offer facilitated group coaching sessions that create space for teams to reflect, connect and explore themes relevant to their work.
Sessions can be tailored to your organisation and may include topics such as:
Navigating change, uncertainty and transition
Protecting creativity in demanding environments
Finding balance in busy periods
Building confidence and resilience
Understanding strengths and different perspectives
Staying connected to purpose and passion
Creating positive team cultures
Making space for reflection and future thinking
Group coaching offers a structured opportunity for teams to step out of the everyday, have more intentional conversations and consider how they want to work together going forward.
Experience across creative, cultural and purpose-led organisations
My background brings together coaching expertise with extensive professional experience in the creative sector.
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years working in senior roles across the performing arts and charities sector – leading teams, developing creative projects and supporting individuals through periods of change, growth and transition.
I continue to work as a consultant across the creative industries, supporting organisations to navigate change, develop ideas, secure the resources they need and create meaningful work.
This experience means I understand the unique realities of creative and purpose-led environments – the passion that drives people to this work, alongside the challenges of delivering ambitious projects, managing competing priorities, navigating uncertainty and sustaining positive team cultures.
I know that maintaining connection to purpose can be challenging when faced with deadlines, workload pressures, funding realities and the everyday demands of making things happen. Coaching provides space for individuals and teams to reflect on how they work, what matters to them and how they can continue to grow.
I am particularly interested in working with organisations where creativity, curiosity and purpose are central – including arts and culture, performing arts, museums, events, creative industries and outdoor-focussed organisations.
